Please read these terms carefully before using Lexical Space.
Contents
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
- By accessing and using Lexical Space ("the Website" or "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
- If you do not agree to abide by these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Website and its tools.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Nature of Services & Modifications
- Lexical Space provides a collection of browser-based utilities, Artificial Intelligence tools, coding scripts, and educational content.
- "As-Is" Delivery: All tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue any aspect of the Service (including specific tools or APIs) at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications.
3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use Policy
To ensure the stability and legality of our platform, you agree NOT to use Lexical Space to:
- Generate, host, or distribute malicious code, malware, viruses, or exploit scripts.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our tools, backend systems, or integrated third-party APIs.
- Employ automated scraping, bots, or brute-force requests that overwhelm our hosting environment or integrated machine learning endpoints.
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Violation of these rules may result in an immediate and permanent IP ban from the Service.
4. AI, Backend APIs & Output Disclaimer
Many utilities on this site are powered by Artificial Intelligence (Large Language Models) and complex backend infrastructures (such as Hugging Face spaces and endpoints). You acknowledge that:
- Hallucinations & Accuracy: AI models can "hallucinate" and produce factually incorrect, nonsensical, or biased information. You are solely responsible for verifying all outputs independently.
- Code Safety: Any code, scripts, or syntax generated by our AI tools must be thoroughly audited by a human professional before implementation in a production environment. We are not responsible for system crashes or security breaches resulting from AI-generated code.
- API Availability: "Cloud Connect" tools rely on external endpoints. We do not guarantee 100% uptime for these specific tools, and they may be subject to strict rate limits or downtime beyond our control.
- No Professional Advice: The content provided is not intended to be a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or architectural advice.
5. Client-Side Processing & Local Storage
- Local Execution: "Offline Safe" tools execute entirely within your web browser using JavaScript. Data entered into these specific tools is not uploaded to our servers.
- Device Performance Liability: Running complex local scripts (like heavy PDF processing or bulk text replacement) may consume significant CPU/RAM on your device. Lexical Space is not responsible for browser crashes, frozen tabs, or device overheating.
- Data Loss: Some tools utilize your browser's "Local Storage" to save your progress. Clearing your browser cache will permanently delete this data. We are not liable for any lost data or unsaved work.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Our Property: The site design, UI/UX, branding, logos, custom CSS/HTML structures, and proprietary algorithms created by Lexical Space are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not duplicate, clone, or reuse any portion of the site's architecture without express written permission.
- Your Property (Outputs): The standard text, media, or code outputs generated solely by your inputs using our tools belong to you. You are free to use your generated outputs for commercial or personal purposes, provided they do not violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Third-Party Links & Resources
This Website contains links to other sites and integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., GitHub, Hugging Face, Google). Lexical Space has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Lexical Space shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party goods or services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lexical Space, its developers, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Service.
- Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service.
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
- Any claim that your use of the generated output caused damage to a third party.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
In no event shall Lexical Space, nor its developers, partners, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any tool outputs; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
